Just as the title suggests you have to be a Rogue with high enough pickpocketing to pickpocket the mobs in ZG. Go around and pickpocket all the humaniods (even the zerkers). I heard you don't need MOD to do this at level 60. Going around and pickpocketing in here will net you Super Healing/Mana Potions
